Terms of purchase and sale<\/span><\/p>\n

ORDERING<\/strong><\/p>\n

After selecting the product, the product(s) must be added to the shopping cart.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can view your shopping cart by finding the \"Shopping Cart\" button in the header of the website and moving on to the page of the shopping cart.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shopping cart contains all of the products, shown as a list. For each product the selected amount (pcs) and the price are shown, as well as the total cost of the shopping cart.<\/span><\/p>\n

To confirm an order, click on the button \u201cconfirm the order\u201d, which will take you to the checkout page.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make a purchase, we ask you to fill in the information necessary for delivering the package. If you wish to send the package to someone else, e. g. as a gift, we ask you to activate the \u201cdelivery to another address\u201d and enter the information of the receiver.<\/span><\/p>\n

When confirming the order, an order form will be issued to you, which can be paid immediately by bank link or bank transfer. A copy of the confirmed order will later be sent to your e-mail address, in case you would like to pay for your order later.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will mail the products to you after paying the invoice. On workdays, the orders placed before 15:00, are being assembled the same day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entering your email address gives VARKKI O\u00dc the right to send, from time to time, the newsletters concerning the newest products to the email address entered.<\/span><\/p>\n

METHODS OF PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

In VARKKI O\u00dc e-shop we offer the following payment options:<\/span><\/p>\n

Paypal or invoice. When confirming the order, the order form is displayed on the screen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bank transfer<\/span><\/p>\n

When confirming the order, the order form is displayed. A copy of the order will also be sent to your e-mail address immediately, so that you can print it out if you wish and pay at a convenient time by bank transfer in the Internet bank or bank branch. When paying by bank transfer, be sure to indicate the order number on the order form.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRODUCT PRICE
\n<\/strong>Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the payment deadline of the placed order expires (7 days after the order is placed).<\/span><\/p>\n

If the order has been submitted before the conditions of sale or prices have been changed, the conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be adjusted to the legal relations between the Customer and VARKKI O\u00dc.<\/span><\/p>\n

TRANSPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The transport price is added to the purchases according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer:<\/span><\/p>\n

VARKKI studio (T\u00e4he 23, Tallinn) pick-up 0 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n

Parcel locker within Estonia 3 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n

Parcel locker within Estonia for FREE if the order exceeds 30 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping to EU countries 10 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n

If the total cost of the shopping cart exceeds \u20ac 100, transport within Estonia is free. The goods will be sent to the shipping address entered by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

PROCEDURE OF DELIVERY AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the order by the Customer), VARKKI O\u00dc completes the order and sends it to the agreed address (parcel locker).<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders submitted and paid on working days before 15.00 will usually be received in Estonia within 5 workdays, in other EU countries within approx. 7 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

The times of delivery shown above are valid from the moment of payment of the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to deliver without delay, please be careful when entering the delivery details when placing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipments that have been damaged during transport where the product(s), but not the packaging of the product(s), have been damaged will be replaced for the customer. If replacement proves impossible, we offer compensation for the cost of the damaged goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

VARKKI O\u00dc is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time for the promised delivery to the Customer, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that VARKKI O\u00dc could not influence or foresee.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

All personal data of the customer that has become known during the visit to the VARKKI O\u00dc e-store and the performance of purchases are treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser's personal data and bank details.<\/span><\/p>\n

VARKKI O\u00dc applies all precautionary measures (incl. administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer's personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process the data.<\/span><\/p>\n

RIGHT OF RETURN AND WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Goods purchased from the VARKKI O\u00dc online store have a 14-day right of return. The right of return has been created to guarantee that the sent goods correspond to what was ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • The returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To return the goods, an application must be submitted to us by e-mail at info@varkki.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The goods will be returned at the customer's expense and in this case the initial transport fee will not be reimbursed (unless the returned goods do not correspond to what was ordered).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Upon return of the goods, the purchased product(s) must be returned immediately, but not later than within 30 days.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You will be refunded for returned products immediately, but no later than 30 days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The consumer's right of return is provided by the law.<\/span><\/p>\n
